Natural orange wine with great intensity and balance. Floral aromas with delicate notes of citrus peel, white peach and apricot. Organic Muscat grapes were harvested by hand and de-stemmed before fermentation with the skins for 4 days in open top vats. Transferred into old oak barrels where the wine aged for 2 years. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
