“Collection” from Château de Beaupré is an exclusive red wine from the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation, produced by the vineyard’s best exposed Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah vines. The winery is run organically. The grapes are harvested by hand at late ripening and are then let to ferment for 15 days with the aim of extracting the most possible aromas. The wine is stored for 12 months on oak barrels. Vive a France.
