Easy to be seduced by this guy. 100% Pinot Meunier done three ways. 60% direct pressed, 30% saignée rosé and the remainder vinified as a red wine. Lots of thought went into this cuvée, and it's smoking. There's an underlying vegetation element that we really enjoy, adds a bit of intrigue and balances out that red berry personality.
