A blended Japanese whisky from White Oak, said to be made with 45% American oak matured single malt. We also understand that Meïsei translates roughly as 'celebrity' in Japanese. Nose Toasted oak and vanilla, followed by green apple and pear. There's a gentle floral note, with hints of dried apricot and honey, complemented by a faint smokiness in the background. Palate The palate offers a smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel.
